Amreen is a seasoned professional in the field of Supply Chain Management with over 16 years of experience in the industry. Over the tenure she has worked with top multinationals like Motorola, Ericsson Bangladesh, Samsung, LafargeHolcim, and GIZ.

Hailing from a nation where Supply Chain and Procurement was typically a male-dominated industry in her time, Amreen persevered and built a strong background in that sector. Overcoming every hurdle, she proudly became one of the few women who could leverage her extensive skills and unwavering tenacity to land her current position as Head of Unit, Procurement Goods and IT at GmbH.

She has a proven track record of improving supply chain processes, optimizing operations and increasing efficiency, while reducing costs and ensuring quality. Her expertise in procurement, supplier relationship management, demand forecasting, material planning, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and a deep understanding ™of industry trends, she has successfully managed global supply chain networks and led cross-functional teams. 

Amreen also has a diversified background with her education, coaching certifications and extensive experience working with people from diverse cultures, which adds to her emotional intelligence and leadership qualities. She is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach and a Facilitator for Certified Flourishing Coach™. She is an active member of the Procurement Foundry, the largest digital, global community for Procurement and Supply Chain Management professionals.

Amreen is not only driven in the SCM industry, but she is also deeply passionate about the causes she believes in,particularly women empowerment. She believes in giving women the courage to live confidently. Her goal is to empower women to make their own decisions and have a say in shaping society. She believes women can achieve anything they set their minds to without sacrificing themselves or following restrictive social norms. Owing to this, she has been working on her first-ever book which is expected to hit the shelves sometime in mid-2023.
